In consideration of the acceptance of this application, the applicant agrees to release the partners of The PRO Convention, LLC and their directors, members, employees harmless and to promptly indemnify same from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability of every type and nature arising from or out of any occurrence, omission or activity relating to such participation.  In the event The PRO Convention, LLC is made a party to any litigation commenced by or against the applicant, then the applicatn shall pay all cost, expenses and reasonable attorney's fees incurred or paid by them in connection with such litigation.

All vendors must be on the location by Friday (time will be scheduled by PROC Representative) and 8am on Saturday.  Vendors must bring their own chairs, tables, electrical cords and any other equipment/supplies needed to operate their vending space.

My on-line payment is a clear understanding that:

PRO Convention, USA will be released of all liabilities associated with the 7th Annual 2010 PRO Convention, USA and hereafter.  Any violation of the PRO Convention, USA rules and regulations will result in IMMEDIATE removal from the venue with NO REFUND!
